A cooperation between European Confederation of Contact Centre Organisations (ECCCO)         

The Contact Centre is the face of your company to the customer; here the decisive interaction between your company and the customer takes place. In order to establish a benchmark for the service quality in this sector, the European Standard EN 15838 has been created.


The European Standard EN 15838 published 2009 was initiated by the European Commission and elaborated by the European Committee for Standardisation CEN is the benchmark for quality and good practice in the Contact Centre industry.

The mission of ECCCO Contact Centre Certification is to provide independent,
third-party certification services according to EN 15838 both for:

  • in-house contact centers as well as for
  • independent contact center service providers (out-sourcers)
